The capacity of the Lead Recycling plant at Choutuppal has been increased to 22000 TPA. Total Lead recycling plant capacity is enhanced to 72000 TPA.

• As a second plant with the capacity of 20000 TPA, commenced commercial production in Tirupati.
• The capacity of lead recycling plant at Choutuppal has been doubled to 12000 TPA.

Implemented major expansion of Fabrication and Glass Lining facilities

• Established Non-Ferrous Division. A 3000 TPA Lead recycling plant, based on eco-friendly process, developed in - house, set up at Choutuppal, 60 km from Hyderabad.
• Products include : Pure Lead(99.97+ purity), Lead alloys for battery, ammunition and other applications. State of the art OES installed for finished pure Lead & Lead Alloy Certification.

• Quality system proved to be in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Received technology for design and manufacture of Glass Lined Agitated Nutsche Filter, from COMBER, Italy.

• Started manufacture of Stainless Steel Glass Lined Equipment.
• Started manufacture of Pressure Vessels.
• Non Conventional Energy - Installed 2 MW capacity Wind farm at Ramagiri, A.P to generate power.

The capacity of the Lead Recycling plant at Choutuppal has been increased to 32000 TPA. Total Lead recycling plant capacity is currently 82000 TPA.

• The capacity of the Lead Recycling plant at Tirupati enhanced from 20000 to 50000 TPA.
• The Glass Line Equipment division has been sold to De Dietrich Process Systems India Private Limited as "going concern" on a slump sale basis on 21st June 2012.

The capacity of the 3000 TPA Lead recycling plant at Choutuppal doubled to 6000 TPA with state of the art facilities.

Commenced Export of Glass Lined Equipment. Introduced equipment with components to facilitate approval by US-FDA etc.,

Exported Glass Lined components to Malaysia. Exported pressure vessels to Singapore and China.

• Started manufacture of Glass Line Bend Leaf Agitators.
• Started manufacture of Glass Line Conical Dryers.

Commenced manufacture of  Glass Lined Equipment.
