Nile established its Non-Ferrous division with facilities for secondary manufacturing of Lead and Lead Alloys. The first lead recycling plant, with an annual capacity of 12000 TPA, is located at Choutuppal, 60 km from Hyderabad, and is equipped with state of the art recycling and testing facilities to ensure product quality. A second, larger, unit with an installed capacity of 50000 TPA has been established near Tirupati.

Quality Management system of Nile's Non-Ferrous Division has been assessed and approved in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 with respect to manufacture and supply of Lead and Lead Alloys
